      image Went to return a device I was being charged for and I wasnt even aware of it until I looked at my bill. Was never notified about the charge, the employee locked the door and put the gate down in my face. Its not like I wanted to do new service or anything I was just returning so I could stop being charged for something that was NEVER plugged in or even opened for that matter. People were coming out as I was about to walk in.

This is definitely not the experience we want any of our customers to have as getting you taken care of is our number one priority. We can have this investigated more and reported if you like. May I get the store you went to? The employee that caused the issue? The time of day this happened? What date this occured on? Also, may I get the best phone number and email for you to be contacted at if need be?

      image I'm really disappointed with their service. They closed my husband's mobile account by mistake and opened a new one in my name. They didn't close the old account properly and it kept charging us. We paid the new account without realizing the old one was still active. Then, they sent the old account's charges to a debt collector, which hurt my husband's credit score by 40 points. It's a frustrating mess.
      Following up: The owner posted a link to solving the issue, but the link does not work. I have attempted to contact Xfinity customer service 11 times so far, but the issue remains unresolved.

      image Should be 0 stars. Gosh. The rep messed up my equipment return. Now xfinity says that i never returned it and are charging me. Asked the rep what happened, says didn't even care to give a good answer. Can't do his job. Now his mediocrity is affecting me.
