        I have been with Comcast for 6 year. I just recently move to another apartment and they refuse to connect my service. Two ppl have given me a new box. The customer service line says its because the previous residents left a balance. That's not my problem if you clearly see I have just moved here. I am very upset with comcast. But they continue to charge me.

        My experience is that there is no organization. I came into the store to return an item and there were people sitting around having personal conversations totally ignoring the customers. The workers seemed very immature and seem to present the impression that they were doing the customers a favor by waiting on them. Then they had no organization as to who came in first or last. I came in and approximately 5 customers came in behind me after I checked in and I guess they didn't like my vibe in response to their lackadaisical and unprofessional demeanor so they choose to take 3 customers that came in after I checked in. There doesn't appear to be any leadership or accountability. It appears as though most people do what they want to when they want to with little regard or respect for the customers who literally pays their salaries.....

        Sent to the store for equipment pick up. The employee was dismissive of this request, would not allow me to show them confirmations that this location was selected for me to pick up equipment. They were uninterested in working with me at all. I was just told "it's not a big deal" several times. I had to call xfinity support directly and pick up at a different store. They were able to actually assist.
