I joined this gym after taking a multi-year hiatus. The coaches were very knowledgeable and supportive as I reacclimated to the movements. The facility is also clean and spacious. I enjoyed my time at this gym and will certainly drop by the next time I'm in the area.

CrossFit Identity is so much more than a gym...its really a community with CrossFit as the activity that brings it all together.
Ive been going here for almost 2 years now [edit almost 7 now! ] and cannot say enough good things about this place. From day one they know everyone's first name (I have no idea how they do it!).
The coaching is amazing, and I progress technically each WOD. Ownership is also top notch, and they constantly strive to upgrade equipment and the athletes experience. The members make CFID though, Ive made so many new friends and expanded my social circle considerably.
Often the hour I spend at CFID is the best hour of my day, and my only regret is I wish I found CFID earlier in my CrossFit experience.
