Amazing gym for all levels. Started CrossFit here just over a year ago and its been a wonderful experience. So much support from the coaches and the community, highly recommend for beginners and competitors alike. The doors to this place are open to all willing to learn and participate. Appreciated everything I learned here!

Great location, great workout, & everyone is encouraging. My favorite part of this gym is the safe area thats visible for kids to watch tv, play with tablets, or play with toys while the parents work out. As a mom of 3, this was really important.

Recently joined CrossFit Rx after moving to the area from the UK. The owner, coaches and members have been extremely welcoming and happy to help in anyway possible. The gym programming offers options for all abilities therefore you can go as quick or as slow as you like, although positively encouraged to push yourself on the class! Really great experience so far and would recommend this place for anyone whos feeling a bit lost and bored with conventional training to really challenge themselves. CrossFit Rx definitely isnt as daunting as the name may imply.
