vibe ride is a great way to stay in shape while having a great time simultaneously. I started going on a routine basis and its been great! Highly recommend :)

Fun an upbeat place to push yourself. While the focus is the bike, they also offer Barre and Boot Camp classes.

Absolutely love this place as an addition to my strength training. Some classes have explicit rap/trap music which is exactly what I'm looking for.

Fantastic energy during the spin class I took. Some of the choreography is a little awkward on the Kaiser bikes and good form is not a priority, so you have to look out for yourself to avoid pulling a muscle as you get carried away by the high energy environment and instruction. Kind of like a combo of dance club and church on a bike (at least on a Sunday morning! ) Ill definitely go back next time Im in Midtown Atlanta.
