Crossfit PTC is a fabulous local business. My experience at CrossFit PTC has far exceeded my expectations. With the support and guidance of really great coaches for each class, I have been able to gain muscle, strength, skills and lose weight and inches. They provide supportive, challenging daily programming with lots of options to adapt for all levels as well as some of the best special programs on nutrition, gymnastics and weightlifting skill building. As a special bonus, I get to workout with some really great like minded people. Just the best!

CFPTC is the best place Ive ever found for my physical health and well being. The coaches and staff offer dedicated advice for whatever your goals are from nutrition to endurance to strength training. If youre like me and youve felt overwhelmed and not sure what exactly to do in a typical gym, then this is the place for you! Youll be amazed at what you can learn and how your strength will grow. Its very reassuring to know that each day there is going to be a workout that is well planned and can be tailored to anyones ability with a coach offering hands on training, encouragement and instruction throughout!
