Used to work here, post college summer job. Manager named Morgan was extremely unethical, unprofessional, rude, and passive aggressive! Absolutely horrible experience. Management staff bullied their employees if they didnt do enough (not mandatory) team workouts! Not an inclusive work environment and the workouts were lack luster. Not super accommodating for people with pre-existing health concerns/ conditions, despite communicating them. Don't waste your time or money! Zero stars! Glad I quit! Make sure you give your managers professional development training in the future so they dont make the same mistakes again!

Excellent 1 hour workout - the best I have ever done and stayed with for well over a year!! The coaches are excellent - they encourage one to do their best and continue to up their fitness level and goals. I am 72 and I have never been in better shape in my life - this is truly the best kind of addiction to have!!

Such a great workout for any fitness level. I am a beginner and am able to adjust to my abilities while working out with people who are far more fit than I am. You make it your own.
