I lived in a RAM Partners building (Venue Brookwood) The building was great before RAM Partners took over. I have detailed the problems with the building on a separate review. RAM Partners employees at my building were rude, incompetent, unprofessional and unethical. Stay away from any RAM Partners building.

Exquisite. Phenomenal. Prompt and efficient. By far the best experience I’ve had with a leasing company. Nothing is not taken care of, And the dedication and strive to meet tenant needs truly show.Whenever you have a problem maintenance is quick to respond, Whenever you have a problem maintenance is quick to respond, the office does not hesitate to get back to you promptly with a reply email, and the friendly character and faces of the staff sure make for a great warm welcoming feeling. Care is definitely put in and it shows. It also makes for a wonderful way to meet new people in your residency when they do their weekend snack tables and drinks to completely blow it out of the park. Well done. Well done indeed!

Ram Residential managed my brand new apartment complex SLX for nearly a couple months before they were finally terminated. Everyone was less than impressed by their customer service, professionalism, and horrible attitude. The workers were rude, and all residents avoided their office. If you are thinking about hiring or moving into a Ram building, don’t. They were absolutely horrible. Monica was the manager and Ariel was assistant property manager. I have never seen residents get so excited for people to get fired.
