Just moved in and ....so far so good. Yessica in leasing has been terrific and my maintenance request was quickly addressed. The concierge staff are friendly and VERY helpful.

The staff is incredibly friendly and always goes above and beyond to ensure residents are taken care of. The community events organized by the management team are a great way to meet neighbors and socialize. I highly recommend Arts Center to anyone looking for a welcoming place to call home.

Definitely happy with the whole procedure from the tour to the move in. Ms Hall has been nothing but exceptional and AMLI should be proud that they have such a knowledgeable and courteous staff member working for them. The entire management greeted me and made me feel at home on day 1.

There are so many communities that use the word "luxury" to attract residents but then fail to actually live up to the word. Luxury is beyond product, but luxury at its peak is about the experience - the experience that Amli Arts Center provides is mind blowing. From the building itself which boasts amazing amenities, secure building access, beautiful features, artwork, and overall design, to the location, and most importantly the foundation of the entire community which are the people. The leadership team (leasing team and concierge included) at Amli Arts Center is amazing. In fact, what pulled me to the property - despite all the amazing amenities, features, and perks that come with living in a luxury Highrise community - was the people. Yessica, the Assistant Community Manager, was absolutely amazing and is the pillar reason for me choosing to move forward with this community. The care, the attention, the diligence, the welcome - far before we ever met in person, even just in the inquiry and phone call stage, she accomplished and exceeded the standard of professionalism and even became personal - genuinely showing care throughout the entire process. She made Amli Arts Center feel like home before it became home. As a leader in the community, Yessica sets a great example, and this example has been so boldly and obviously adopted by the entire leasing team. You can tell they care about their residents, and that is the root of luxury. I have experienced various luxury high rise communities from apartments to condominiums and I can honestly say - Amli Arts Center is well rounded. Meaning not only is the property amazing, but again so are the people. That's what makes a community.
