        The leasing office staff is amazing to start off! Kennedy , Mikayla and manager Anashia have been very helpful and they get things done right away. I had minor things when moving in that needed to be fixed and the maintenance personnel was also timely , professional and got things done! I have been very pleased since moving in. Thank you all of 1212 James Luxury apartments staff!

        Leasing agent was very rude and harsh on the phone. As if she doesnt like her job. They responded talking about trash . I dont even live there. Never did

        So far I can confidently say Mikayla made the application process extremely easy for me. A few minor hiccups here and there but we were able to get everything resolved prior to move in. I would like to take this opportunity to also publicly express my gratitude to Mikayla for providing an exceptional customer service experience.
