    It used to be nice here. The grounds are decent, no major issues with apartment and generally a nice community; however in the past year they have really skimped out on general maintenance of the place. My stove completely stopped working. The maintenance person came over said they replaced the heating element but obviously didnt check to make sure that actually fixed the issue because all the alarms on the stove starting going off when I tried to use it. I then had to submit another ticket and it took them for weeks to actually get me a stove that I could use. Good thing I had an air fryer, I guess. My electric box was arcing and the maintenance person thought it was a breaker that needed replaced, so they sent a plumber not an electrician to try to fix it who kept telling me to keep an eye on him in case he was shocked. I wish I were joking but Im not. Dish washer stopped working and Im on week 6 of waiting for them to come fix it, thats after I visited the office a week ago asking when it would get done. Been without a kitchen drawer for at least two months. The ticket said the drawer was coming off the track so the maintenance person drilled two screws in the front panel causing the drawer to splinter and fall apart, not really sure how that was going to fix the drawer coming off track. The great thing is that you can enter the maintenance tickets and they activate the work order and close it without doing the work so you can just keep enter the work orders. Really just how I want to spend my spare time. It took them 11 months to repair the concrete that was slanted towards my front door and causing flooding and various visits to the office. The apartment above me hot water tank went and they let it flood my ceiling causing it to load up with water and now. I called maintenance and they came in cut a hole in the ceiling to drain the water and didnt bother to move any of the stuff out of the way and ruined a bunch of my stuff. They generally have two maintenance people to handle this property and recently those people were reassigned and out for medical so now they have two new maintenance people. They said they have a back log of request and more request being entered than normal and somehow they feel that only two people can still cover that workload. Logically it doesnt make sense. Most frustratingly, UDR like everywhere else in Florida seriously inflated the rent charges but are completely unwilling to use any of that extra money they are making off everyone to even perform basic maintenance request.

    I was told my credentials were not documents they could accept?!!! hmm. Then I was wished good luck in hunting for place of residency. Very unprofessional!!! No one answered phones or even respond to messages. I still have no idea what happened to my application ?!! very unprofessional Makes me wonder is it because my skin is brown. Once I sent id I was told my docs were not accepted hmmm Follow up : I received a generic response from leasing office. The care team advised they can be reached by phone and or text. Unfortunately, Ive left several messages and texts which for the most part both have gone unanswered. Team is unresponsive.
