Legends Winter Springs

Well let me start by saying this place is awesome . I lived in a four bedroom 4500 square foot went through some changes in life , and wanted to get away from where I lived . I found legends in winter springs . I cant be happier the place is safe peaceful full of amenities and the best part is that management rocks . The manager is Megan let me tell you she goes above and beyond shes always smiling and what ever you need she is the best. My dog Thor loves her too. Amanda is great along with Alex always ready to greet you with a smile . So what are you waiting for hurry to the legends and rent into these great apartments .

I am currently a resident and have been since September of 2023. My wife and I are relatively new to Orlando. After some ongoing trouble with our Air Conditioning Unit the management team and the maintenance team went out of their way to not only get to the core of the problem, but their concern for my family was staggering. With the problem being resolved, I trust Megan and Alex (Management Team) and Jean (Maintenance) completely. I celebrate their willingness to treat us the way they would treat their family. If you are looking for a new home in the Orlando area, I would strongly recommend you look at Legends Winter Springs and meet their amazing team.

Horrible incident! I recently came by the apartment complex to get info on a apartment and overheard a woman screaming and cussing in one of the rooms. The front desk woman, I think her name is Michelle looked uncomfortable and apologized for whoever was screaming. I felt sorry for her because she was very professional and answered most of my questions despite the chaos around her. I asked a question that she wasn't sure of the answer but she said she would find out from her manager and she offered to call me with the answer. I said I could wait if she wanted to ask her manager and she said that the manager was not available but she would call me with the answer. The woman screaming in the other room got louder and I asked Michelle if that was her manager and she didn't reply but she asked if I could step out of the office and she apologized again for the incident that was taking place. If I was her, I would have packed up and left. The woman screaming sounded insane.
