RiZE at Winter Springs Apartments

Its very hard to get in touch with management and they never reach back out to you when they say they will reach back out.

DO NOT RENT HERE!! They have mold and theft issues. We had submitted work orthers and reported people stealing packages.. No response back. This place is not worth the money.

I found the place run down with little upkeep. The lounge couches have black mold and when asked about it I was told it was fine they will clean it. The cabinets in the email I was shown had pealing laminate and the carpet needed to be replaced. When asked I was told oh yeah we missed the cabinets. The agent was not friendly. She did not listen to me. I asked for a 2 bedroom and related it several times. She then showed me 3 bedrooms. I had to ask again for a 2 bedroom. After the tour I was being checked Im out. The phone rang and she answered it and took care of the residents issue. About 5-8 minutes for this transaction. Turned off and will not be renting.

Leased here 11 months and could not put into words how incompetent management was. The parking gate breaks every other month and they just sent my security deposit back on an incorrect check. Another reason we did not renew is the rates increased after a year of living there, to where it wasnt worth the hassle.

I came to RiZE to visit family and was greeted by the property manager Melissa in the lobby. Shes super nice and so professional! I hope to run into her whenever I visit. She definitely made me consider applying to live at Rize, the parts of the property Ive seen are really nice and with someone like Melissa there, Im sure things are running smoothly.
