Property Manager is super rude. Management doesn't tell you the right thing. Hide fees from you. Lack overall communication.

maintenance is great, things get done quickly and efficiently! i put in a work order and it was completed within the day. the staff is very friendly and helpful. halo 46 cares about their residence and it shows, they host numerous different events in the clubhouse and even give out some free goodies randomly throughout the week! i definitely recommend following their social media to see when events are being planned. the units themselves are in great condition! i love that they are fully furnished too! the bed frame and desk is super convenient and provides adequate storage. the bathroom is super clean, no visible wear and tear on any of the appliances. the water pressure is amazing and you can always count on hot water in the showers! the closet space is nice and even provides some pretty great storage space. the kitchen is spacious and i love the bar seating! the view from my apartment is beautiful, halo does a wonderful job of keeping the courtyard clean and well kept. i have lived here for one year so far and i renewed for another, i plan on renewing every year as long things stay as great as they have been. overall 10/10 experience and i would recommend living at halo 46.

Very poor communication from the management staff via email and phone. The one and only goal from this place is to take your money, not fulfill their obligations and ignore you until your tired of reaching out. I have reached out on countless occasions and never yes never receive a call or email back from them regarding my concerns. If you like your money stay away from this place. Keep a paper trail of all your communication as you will need it. Read read read your lease as well.

Being a Guarantor on my grandaughters lease at Halo for almost a year now (also have a signed lease for next year) and never had a late payment, There was a mix up with the auto pay after having over paid the previous month and having one months credit. Her rent payment this month was one day late, there was a $72.50 late charge that they say there is nothing they can do about it.
