Hub on Campus Tampa

I have lived here for a year and I can honestly say I have very much enjoyed living here. My favorite part is definitely the roof top pool and the study rooms. Its the perfect place to have your friends over relax and get some studying in. I love my roomates and we all renewed for next year. The package room can be a bit annoying at times but I know other places have issues with this as well. The front office also informed me that they will be switching the system this summer so for that Im exited. Akemi and gabby have been so helpful with any questions and or concerns I have had during my stay here and are so sweet.

A bunch of unprofessional, fresh out they momma house, wanna be paid to sit on their behinds working in that office. Never had a satisfactory encounter with these people. Lilly is the worst of all. LAZY!!!

I received a call from the Hubs Tampa leasing office regarding my incomplete application. It was a girl named Sophia. Words cannot express how patient, understanding, and helpful she is. I phoned several leasing offices and apartments, and the staff would rush you off the phone. But Sofia spent more than 30 minutes with me on the phone, addressing every question I had about The Hub on campus. Workers like this make a fantastic first impression, especially when it comes to leasing a new apartment!

One of the worst management teams on the planet. Impossible to talk to anyone with any authority. Send an email response that they don't agree with, they ghost you and send your account to collections. My child stayed here the inaugural year in a single, murphy bed room where the light switches didn't work, there were multiple appliance issues, wifi was spotty (at best), security issues with the building and the garage, filthy hallways and common areas, etc. To top off this terrible experience, after moving out of this garbage facility and cleaning the room from top to bottom so that not even dust was left behind, they run a money grab on the departing students with exorbitant cleaning fees. We took pictures and videos of the room before turning in the keys but that doesn't matter to these vultures, especially Josh Hackenberg, Community Manager. His copy/paste response was not appreciated and his refusal to respond to our rebuttal only proves his cowardice and lack of management ability. As such, the $224 cleaning fee was sent to a collection agency without any other human response. Let this be a warning to anyone living here now or in the future. They will steal your money without a second thought. They only care about your cash, not you. Be prepared to get ripped off.

Staying at Hub on Campus has been an exceptional experience from day one. The apartment complex boasts modern amenities and a vibrant community atmosphere. The highlight of my stay was the exceptional service provided by Sophia at the front desk. She went above and beyond to assist me in navigating the gym facilities, ensuring I felt comfortable and confident in using them. Her friendly demeanor and willingness to help truly enhanced my living experience here. I highly recommend Hub on Campus to anyone seeking a top-notch apartment with outstanding customer service.
