This place blows. Not worth it Edit: Home of the “we’ll give u a five dollar gift card if you leave a 5 star review on our page”. Seriously. Blows my mind how these baboons gave out more parking passes than there are parking spaces. Still not worth it.

I lived here for 3 years and never missed a payment and made sure to keep everything in good condition. Last year I switched units and of course they charged me all of these fees for damages that were not even there. No photos of proof or anything, just them scamming me. Then I move out this year only having slept in my room for maybe a total of 10 nights the entire lease (i hated it there and chose to stay with my boyfriend) and now i’m being charged fees for damages I didn’t even cause! Spoke to someone 10 days ago and have yet to receive a response. Whatever you do, DO NOT live here. I also had a traumatic experience last year when I heard screaming and then the next day heard rumors of an abduction that had taken place on property. I immediately called the office and was it was confirmed to me by michaela that there was an abduction and I could come give a statement since I had heard screaming that night. Nothing was said for days and then weeks. I asked if they could please just email a safety reminder for those who were not aware so they could be more cautious. I cried for nights wondering if the person was safe, wondering how they’re family must’ve felt and trying to forgive myself for not immediately calling the police when i heard screaming. This was so traumatic and nothing was even sent out and this whole incident has been covered up since then, probably to ensure they can keep making money. They don’t care about the safety of the community and they don’t care about anyone or anything, but taking all they can get from you. It’s actually disgusting and I’m embarrassed to have lived here at all.
