Lived here for a year . Got placed with randoms who were all seniors (24-25 ) when I was 18 and asked to be placed with people close to my age. The fridge was filled with moldy food and the apartment had roaches the first day I moved in. I think they put us together because we were all poc idk. When I moved out they claimed I broke the fan even though it was working perfectly fine the day I left . They made me pay $500 in fixing fees . They have good amenities but the printer never worked and the coffee station never had creamer that wasnt expired. They did check ups every few months and it just felt like they were invading my space . College/(student) housing outside of USF is overpriced and not worth it all. Live on campus or try to rent a townhome/ home. I rent a house rn for only 620 including amenities and rent. Its already cheaper than the rent alone at 42 North.

DO NOT LIVE HERE. This is full of roaches!!! I tried to get them to release me off my lease and they wouldnt let me. I had to call the Health inspectors TWICE because of them. The water is un filtered and full of chemicals! I had a roach land on my face when I was sleep it was disgusting! Its a scam!
