    When I first arrived, I spent two weeks being swarmed by bed bugs before they could even replace my mattress. Multiple units were infested with cockroaches (we were moved between a few units). Killed about 20 german roaches a day when I first moved in. My sister was also charged $250 for a "cleanup" fee even though the room was in a far better state than when it was received (rid of cockroaches and bedbugs). Will post pictures as soon as I find them.

    I would in fact give them Zero/5. Extremely unprofessional leasing office management. My lease started in Jan 2021. Once I moved in, I realized the Bedroom carpet was dirty and sticky. After many reminders, they cleaned it in Feb 2021 but did a shabby job. I requested them to clean it again after a month and reminded them during the mid-contract inspection, but nothing was done. I had to live with the sticky carpet for my entire lease. Now I have moved out to another community. However, they are harassing me with non-payment for the carpet cleaning fee. Wifi is also a very big issue. The connectivity and speed are pathetic. Think twice before leasing. You're here to focus on college not suffer.

    The apartment i lived in was filled with roaches and bugs on the day of the move in. Not just that, but it came with millions of problems. Out of every unit in station 42 i was also told that ours was the only unrenovated unit in the entire community. When asked about the renovation or a switch to another apartment we were told it wasn't available but a friend of mine got all of his friends and got an entire unit the very next week. After submitting the move in form with all the problems detailed, I even got charged a huge amount on my move out statement for cleanliness. The Airconditioning just pushed dust which definitely required maintenance and the vents were so dirty which i complained about and all they said during move out was - "I’ve attached screen grabs of your original email, and not once was the cleanliness of the tub mentioned, just the rusted hardware which you were not held responsible for". I logged complaints multiple times and it took them a month to get it deep cleaned which also did not improve the quality of the air. When asked for the move in form that was submitted, I get no response whatsoever because they know that I had written most of them was left dirty. Anyways, very unhappy with my decision to stay in this community during the pandemic and I hope others don't make the same mistake as I did.
