When I first moved there it seemed like it was going to be a nice place , but after a year it was a total nightmare , a very bad roach problem garbages over flowing don't have enough space to even talk about the management.There is little to no maintenance, work orders take forever to be filled there are leaks in the apartments and mold When ask to speak with the owner or corporate the manager says good luck and laughs in your face . I would definitely not suggest these apartments run fast as you can.

Es el lugar donde peor me he sentido desde que estoy en este país llegue nuevo a tampa y por eso llegue a ese lugar por desgracia donde no duermes una noche tranquilo pensando que por el negocio que tienen te van a llevar el carro y yo personalmente me levante en 2 ocasiones a las 2am y vi a la manager con una linterna alumbrado carro a carro en el estacionamiento que ella me vio y se asusto no es mentira alguna pero además la escalera estaba casi callendose y se estuvo reportado más de 9 meses sin solución en ese tiempo, asi como las luces de la puerta del frente porque la escalera estaba super oscura y la respuesta que daban hasta el supervisor de los de mantenimiento era que era un corte y ellos que ivan ha hacer que no sabían donde estaba me fui a dios gracias de alli y aun no se había resuelto ese problema, del techo cae el comejen animalitos que se comen la madera pero por si fuera poco de tantas cosas que seria interminable de escribir, tuve hasta que hablar con el dueño después de mucho averiguar como dar con el porque la manager si no es racista por su trato no hay nada más parecido al irme le deje ese aparato impecable lleve a la manager a verlo cuando me iva y le entregue la llave y le envie un video al dueño de las condiciones en que entregaba el apartamento 3 meses después aun no recibo mi reembolso y hoy buscando en Google mis datos personales están alli con la dirección de el apartamento antes estaban será casualidad ? No se los recomiendo a nadie le diera 10 estrellas pero negativas es lo peor de lo peor.
