Stay far away from Carlton arms as possible! Im warning you. Theyre nothing but a joke. They tell you one thing and then say another. They lie to you. All Carlton arms needs to be bought out by someone else and have better management.Vivian needs to find another career. She doesnt know how manage a property.

This apartment complex is one of the only places I recommend to live in Tampa, a beautiful community. The people that work there are amazing,I live there for 2 years,moved because I buy a house, love the holiday events, especially Christmas, my favorite the entry Christmas decorations never see anything like here in Florida. I give Cartlom Arm north more than five starts.

Lake Carlton North apartment is very clean and have natural views. Great Lakes and apartments are around the lakes. Only drawback I see here is no EV car charging option within the community which is big concern for those who have EV cars. I see this same community in lutz have EV station but not here which is unfortunate. So, I kindly request the management to consider installing a EV charging station within community. I am giving 4 instead of 5 stars for this reason other than that, the apartments are nice
