I lived here for a year through 2017-2018. Location is prime, but I'll never forget the day that a swarm of love bugs joined us for a cup of coffee every morning. I also had to throw away a lot of my furniture after living here because of the termites. I was reading recent reviews for fun, and I can't believe that they haven't addressed the issue after 5 years.

This apartment complex is absolutely disgusting. Location is prime but there are roaches and bugs, and there is no central air. The air breaks (not ok in Florida) and in the winter you freeze due to no heat. DO NOT LIVE HERE. Not worth the price. Find somewhere else. The only plus side is maitenance is very nice and friendly. PS Dont let their reply below fool you, they havent helped with the pests in the 2 years Ive been here and that management email is fake and doesnt work. Ive also had my bike (locked up) stolen TWICE with no help or police involvement.

Soho flats location cant be beat. The neighborhood is super safe. There are some issues with termites in the buildings. Jomar is one of the maintenance workers there who is absolutely fantastic. He was always so helpful; above and beyond. Im really glad to have known him while I lived there because he was always very welcoming and eager to help.
