This place has caused me stressed. The influx of roaches the past couple of months, garbage left everywhere, neighbors that are using their apartment as a music studio, management that doesn’t care. The list goes on. I even had a maintenance worker casually unlock my door with a master key and walk in my apartment while I was there. They tried to explain that my apartment showed it was vacant. Now, I moved out and am getting harassed that I haven’t returned the keys, which I did and they are charging me for the whole month. I have documented everything this new team has and has not done. If you have master keys to the apartments, use them to see that Im not residing at the apartment, just like you used them to walk in on me when I was.

We’ve really loved living here the past 2 years and highly recommend these apartments. Never any issues with roaches or spiders like I’ve seen in some reviews I was actually surprised to be reading that some people had those. Very pretty property with fountains, flowers, and they’re always working on something whether it be pressure washing, working on the grounds, or repainting. Living here has been great especially since Jasmine has taken over. Maintenance is very fast, helpful, and friendly always waving when you drive by and comes to fix anything you need very quickly.

I have been to numerous apartment communities on my search for a new home and to say it has been an overwhelming experience would be an understatement! The staff here was very welcoming. They were attentive to my needs and I love my new home.

I have lived here a little over a month and am very pleased with my experience so far! I live right on the preserve and have the occasional bug but nothing like what the other reviews have mentioned. Whenever the hallways have leaves blow into them I will walk out the next day and the hallways are spotless, it seems as though they value the appearance of the community which is a nice factor. This complex is in a great location close to so many restaurants, stores, trails, parks! Great amenities including pool, gym, grills, indoor basketball court. The only thing more I could want would be a hot tub and maybe a dog park. The apartments themselves are spacious and provide lots of room for storage. I would highly recommend this complex as a place to call home!
