Sorry to see such terrible reviews! I think apartment living is subject to the individual. Maintenance has always taken care of any issues Ive had and David has always treated me fairly and handled any concerns I had timely! I think its more a see for yourself kind of situation. I would recommend if youre looking for a luxury feel at a decent price!

Living here was a literal nightmare. Between poor, aggressive management, maintenance guys who dont really do any maintenance and are more like thugs in place to intimidate tenants, mold, and too many other safety and other issues to list, living here and finally getting out cost me thousands of dollars and nearly my life. DO NOT RENT HERE!!! DO NOT RENT ANYWHERE MANAGED BY LIBERTY PROPERTY MANAGEMENT OR DAVID HARWOOD!

I would not recommend living here. Just my personal experience, it was not great! Initially when I moved in there was a lot of things not working in the apartment, and things kept breaking. I would contact Brandon who was in charge at the time of my move in, and I could never get confirmation if maintenance was coming to fix anything. When Jenna took over it became a little bit better, she had great communication, but I still would not recommend living here at all. Some other just quick notes that I experienced that go along with my poor rating.. - Mold on the roof of my bathroom that I was told was my responsibility to take care of, even though at move in the switch that turned on the exhaust was broken. So to fix the exhaust but then tell me I had to take care of the mold on the 14 foot ceilings, I believe is unacceptable. - At move in I had 2 dogs that I ultimately had to give to family members after 1 month living there, and when I told Brandon about it he would not take off the pet rent even though I told him in person and provided proof my dogs were no longer in my space. - Even though the community is gated, I had a girl who was stalking me use the call box and lie to another resident about being related to me, and they buzzed her in and she then tried to assault me near my apartment. From telling Brandon this when he was there, it took him about a month to provide me the front camera footage and I was told the cameras in the halls are "just for show". - Almost forgot to mention my A/C was broken and never fixed even when I would email and ask about it. - Floor plan for the studio apartment I lived in shows a closet, but there is no closet. TL;DR from my experience, just proceed with caution when thinking about living here.

Thank god only subleased this dungeon for 3 months ..only stayed for one bc we couldnt stand it any longer. Bathroom definitely full of mold even after constantly cleaning it. Lighting terrible .. things needed updated and fixed and management would respond quickly.. but never fix the issue.. I had trim hanging off the door . The handy man came and punched it back into place and looked at me as if I was silly for requesting that to be fixed . Parking spots are made for hot wheels Our apartment smelled like cigarettes constantly.. (we did not smoke) Gate slammed like a prison cell every time someone entered the building . Only positive in this place were the other tenants.. Do not recommend unless are a gamer who likes darkness, smokes, and doesnt have a vehicle.
