Varela Westshore Apartments

Great appliances, good gym equipment, great Baristas (Meridth and Christelle), good amenities. Tracy is amazing and organized and coached me through the entire move in process. I have not been in an apartment in over 20 years and they were so helpful. I am in a cool studio space, with a nice patio view. Maybe closer to a 5. Location is perfect. No complaints and happy with everything so far.

I love living here at Varela. The amenities are outstanding and the staff is helpful and friendly. Thank you Tracy, Kamilah and Megan for all you do. I am giving an extra five stars for the coffee barista!!

I transferred from the Emerson on Rocky Point to Varela because of the amenities at varela are 100% better than the Emerson. Tracy Barcelo has been a life saver. Within weeks of moving in my daughter needed major back surgery and Tracy handled everything and was very knowledgeable. I think we made the best decision moving to varela. The office staff at varela is 100% more caring and in touch with their residents. At the Emerson Laura Worms was the only office person I wanted to work with. Here at varela its Tracy Barcelo but if she is not available, any of the office staff at varela will help me if I need it with a smile on their face.. I would recommend Varela over the Emerson or Novus and I have lived at all three properties so I can speak from experience.

Tracy is absolutely wonderful! She helped me find a unit perfect for me, and I am extremely happy living here. I've now lived at Varela for almost a month, and it is exactly what is expected. I highly recommend touring if you're interested in finding a new place to live.

There were fleas all over the apartment in the carpet our dogs were invested in fleas be carful with your dogs here
