If I could give less stars I would. They made moving in seem all nice, like most of them do. You WILL NOT live in a unit close to what the model unit looks like. Upon moving in to my upgraded unit I found the oldest/ broken appliances, exposed faucets, your TV is SMALL! My bed frame was leaning, and my bed had metal springs sticking out of it. They will not replace anything unless you bother them. I mean SERIOUSLY BOTHER them. I have put in a request to get a new dryer, they refuse. This dryer is so old it doesnt even stop turning when you open the door, takes two+ cycles to dry clothes, is rusted, and the lint screen is a hassle to even remove to clean. Update- 9 hours after writing this review and Im still drying laundry. We finally got a new dishwasher after the previous residents have been requesting one since LAST YEAR, the new one is not bolted in, and missing a handle. Its been weeks. Dishwasher Update 10/14: They bolted in the dishwasher but weve be having issues with the bottom shelf of the dishwasher not rolling out/staying on the track. Come to find out its missing wheels. How do you replace a dishwasher with a dishwasher thats missing pieces. This is by far the lowest quality place I have moved into, its clear nobody checks the apartments or repairs, just the classic paint over the problem landlords. If you put in maintenance requests they will close them as completed without them ACTUALLY being completed. Update 9/25: I have placed another maintenance request in for the dryer & we still havent had someone come finish putting our dishwasher up. Update 10/14: Still no dryer three maintenance requests later Update 3/23: After living here almost a year they are randomly implementing trash fees of $25 per bag. So apparently if you dont take the trash all the way out to the dumpster immediately every day youll be fined. I swear this is the most ridiculous place Ive lived at lol

I lived here for two years, and I cannot say that I enjoyed any minute of my time there. This place is THE WORST and I truly mean it. My apartment was infested with cockroaches. I called pest control multiple times, but the cockroach problem persisted. After speaking to other residents of Station42, their apartments were also cockroach infested so this is obviously an apartment problem. Not only that, but I had a strange man break into my apartment and I reported this break-in to the leasing office only to find out that they did not record the incident and had no cameras on property. After initially reporting the break-in, I called a couple days later and the workers in the office had no idea what I was talking about and did not care to inform the other residents that there was a man on property that could be a potential threat. They also changed the parking permits and towed my car prior to informing me that there was a parking permit changeI had to pay $250 because they towed my car even though I live there. A few days AFTER they towed my car, they left a notice on everyones door that there was a change in the parking pass. The cherry on top was when I moved out, I cleaned the carpet so well that it looked better than when I moved in, and they charged me $300 anyway during move-out for no reason. Dont live here.

I love living at Station42! The maintenance is super fast and helpful. If you have any issues they resolve them quickly and efficiently. Upon moving in they fixed all of our requests in our apartment. Our dishwasher broke - they immediately came to fix it. One thing - our dryer is old so it does take a few dries to dry, but that's really not a big deal considering our rent is low and we have a huge amount of space for the price. There is always available parking right below our apartment which is super convenient. Our neighbors are respectful and it is pet friendly which is great. The apartment is extremely spacious and the office is super helpful. They also come to spray for bugs which I have never had any of my other student apartments do. In general, everyone here is super friendly! ALSO, I work from home and I have had zero internet problems! I resigned my lease because this is my favorite student apartment Ive lived in.
