Beautiful apartments and great views and amenities. Candace in the front office does a great job getting things done, and Zach and Sam throw excellent resident events!

Arabelle Riverwalk only cares about profit and does not care about customer satisfaction. I initially moved in when it was Manor Riverwalk. I moved out after it had switched to Arabelle Riverwalk under a new management group. Arabelle Riverwalk refused to give me my security deposit back because they didnt have proof of it since it was the prior management company. I provided them with email receipt of my security deposit. They said they would look into it. Months have passed and they have not returned any calls or emails. I took great care of the apartment and even got it professionally cleaned before I move out. This is just one example. The apartment complex does not keep up with maintenance or repairs. I was very disappointed in the new management group that took this building over. It was run much better under initial management group when it was Manor Riverwalk. I would caution anyone who is considering moving in here. They will not work with you to do what is right, they are all about making profit and doing the bare minimum to maintain the building.

Arabella Riverwalk is beautiful with many floor plans and floor plan locations to choose from. The views from the apartments are lovely and we love the high ceilings. The community seems well taken care of with an amazing location. Our leasing agent was very knowledgeable of the community and neighborhood.

I have now been a resident here at the Arabelle Riverwalk for 2+ years, and absolutely love the property and management staff. The property is stunning, and the units are modern and spacious. As a renter, issues due arise, and this management staff in the leasing office has been nothing short of spectacular in responding to maintenance requests, helps with moving (I've moved within the building from a 2 bedroom to 1 bedroom), and your every day ask. I strongly recommend renting here at the Arabelle Riverwalk if you plan on living in the Tampa area!
