Bainbridge at Westshore Marina

Everything has been great! I moved in in august and have not had an issue- maintenance is super quick and management is great! Amanda at the front desk is super helpful and very kind. Great place to live and I can see myself staying here for a while!

I have lived here since August and in that time I have seen a major improvement in community and apartment upgrades and staff attentiveness and helpfulness. A lot of beautiful renovations being made to the community and things that have been broken finally being fixed. Office and maintenance staff have been increasingly helpful and get to any issues that arise quickly and efficiently. I always feel safe and the surrounding area is being developed which brings more things to do! It is a beautiful community and I am happy to live here!

So Far this is my experience, In the 1st month. I get a angry weird neighbor downstairs. Complaining and making up stuff about us make it noises. When I tried to address the situation with manager They make it look like It's not big deal, a weird neighbor knocking twice on my door in two Different situations Frightening my family piece of mind. No intentions to solve this issue whatsoever . Second a construction site For whater supply to another buildings under construction? And they have water pump running for a week All night long this noise interrupted my sleep. Since it's right in front of my bedroom window, When I tried to address this situation at the office said it's not their problem. When instead they could reach Out to the city of tampa in, have an inspector show up because of complaining residents. Guess what this manager doesn't care about it. Third, the fact that dogs owner don't clean their Own poop, It's really disgusting but having that for many days Sitting there, This luxury marina has no personal that can clean the buildings no cleaning Service or the fact that hallways are slippery when they throw water to clean it and they don't dry it. Really disappointed and frustrated To get no Empathy And the lack of Love to your customers.. my family and I as residents Feeling like SCAMMED ..
