The Lakes at Brandon West Apartments

I been living here for about 2 going on 3 years and the staff are amazing. Any time I need anything fix they come right away. Very professional and informative. They keep the apartments very clean along with the pool and grill area. My building is pretty quiet and friendly neighbors. While going for walks, I always get hello's from the other residents. One of the residents spoke on prior management and the big changes the current management made. When ever family or friends come I get nothing but compliments about the unit and community. So many shopping centers, highways, and expressway super close by. I'm a very happy resident :)

Lake at Brandon West has an amazing staff.They are very respectful and professional especially Ms. Denise. She has always extended her hand out to go above and beyond with exceptional service!! Would rate her 1000 stars if I could. Plus, the community is safe and tidy!!

Denise at the leasing office made this process so easy and smooth for my first apartment! Everything was handled very professionally and she gave answers on every question I had before I could even ask! These apartments are well kept and beautiful, and the staff is even more amazing!

This apartment complex is extremely overrated. On top of charging, close to $2000 a month for a one bedroom. They recently began "quiet hours" where you are expected not to use the appliances you pay for (from the late 1990s mind you) during certain hours of the day, 9pm to 7 am. Additionally, if you ever would like to move into a new apartment at the same complex, you have to reapply, repay the administration fee, and put a new deposit down for the apartment. Nothing is transferable. The kicker of all of this for me, though, was one of the office attendants telling me that I couldn't grab a coffee and a snack when I dropped off my rent, "beecause those were for future residents only."
