For future out of towners looking for location- this complex is neither in SoHo or Tampa Heights. Its West Riverside Heights. SoHo (South Howard) is south of Kennedy and this complex is over 2 miles north of Kennedy and Tampa Heights is on the other side of the Hillsborough river. I hate misleading descriptions. Additionally the most lavish landscaping they have is the constantly overflowing dumpster that spews trash around the neighborhood.

Moving from Texas to Florida was a rather intimidating process. Coming to Tampa in itself was a hard task. Thankfully, Timothy Byse took the time to welcome me here and made the process of moving into my new apartment extremely easy. As well, after having some confusion, he and Maritza Morales took their time to help me resolve issues on my account. I have nothing negative to say about this place nor the people managing it and I appreciate their attentiveness to the residents!

DO NOT MOVE HERE! Lived here for almost 3 years, and it was one of the worst living experiences. The laundry facility looks like a scene from a horror movie with no working machines, roaches, terrible parking, mediocre management and soooo much more. Save your time and money. RUN!

I really wanted this apartment complex to be different . Unfortunately the community is awful. Apartment was supposed to be move in ready, on the surface everything is great but look a bit closer. There have been 2 separate leaks. Dishwasher didnt work. Outlets didnt work. Toilet wouldnt flush. Everything is a patch job, paint and sold as new, refurbished and move in ready. Maintenance is ridiculously slow and there is no communication to the front office. So any problem needs to be explained 50times before they approve a patch job. Hopefully this improves. So far unimpressed. Update: now under new management. The staff in the office do not listen. They are quick to interrupt as youre talking which only cause issues later. They are quick to blame the resident for their own mistakes and errors with over exaggerated excuses. They dont apologize or ever take ownership.
