Casa Bella On Westshore

After walking into the gym, I was excited to notice the equipment looked new as well as the flooring. The facility is clean and is furnished professionally for anyone who wants to workout.

Love the renovations this place has made! As a Tampa Bay resident, you want the bang for your buck and the views that you pay for here are immaculate. What really astounded me was Rosemary and James in the leasing office. I asked them for a little background working on this property and they truly bend their back for this company. Any problems Ive had we have always came to a solution. The maintenance manager John truly works hard to fix what is needed. DO NOT PASS THIS PROPERTY UP, YOU WILL REGRET IT! - A Happy Resident

My husband and I stayed in one of the furnished apartments for two months while we waited to close on our new home. Rental properties were overpriced and in such short supply that we ultimately decided to stay here. I will say that Casa Bella served its purpose and was conveniently located to work. The property is undergoing some renovations and upgrades, but it is still very outdated and run down. We were told the gym was functional, but almost every machine was broken or missing parts. There were several broken down cars in the parking lot for the entire 2 months we were there. We would find trash scattered on the property outside in the parking lot area, and a microwave one time. When we moved in, we reported issues with the apartment (the fridge water filter, the AC, the sink's faucet, the oven light, etc) and only the AC was addressed. We eventually gave up on the other items. The balcony area had several wasp nests growing, which we had to address ourselves. We would find on occasion, bugs in the apartment. The neighbors above us were extremely loud and obnoxious, which demonstrated just how poor the soundproofing was between floors. I will say that on the positive side, cable and internet was included, which worked most of the time. I personally would not recommend staying here, pay the extra money and rent a much nicer, cleaner and safer place.
