        Bad attitude and attention... They are racist, the discrimination in this bank is horrible. I went to cash a check and they treated me like a criminal.

        After banking with Chase for 17 or so yrs, I went in today to get a cashier's check, and the NEW teller wanted to charge me a $ 10.00 fee for it!!! NOPE NOT giving Chase anymore of MY hard earned money CLOSING OUT MY ACCT!!!!!!

        ATM usually doesn't work. When they do work, they return 20 out of 30 bills, not matter how you inserted them.

        Worst Chase bank in town. The ATMs never work even just to make a simple deposit and they make zero effort to fix these issues that have been going on for months. The lines inside are insane and they need more staff to handle the volume. I want to switch banks at this point. Its extremely frustrating.
