Wells Fargo Bank

This place needs serious help the tellers dont know what the hell theyre doing. They moved too slow for one. They dont know how to listen and follow instructions. The Lehigh, Wells Fargo on Homestead needs serious help this is to the bank officer you need to get your bank under control.

What a ridiculous experience..! Wait over 30 minutes in line that extended out the door..finally make it to the counter and the banker goes to lunch BTW only two tellers. Really!!!!? Make it to the counter in an effort to make a simple deposit . I clearly state that I want 20 $5.00 and 50 $1.00. She asks me how much that is? I should have cut my losses and ran. So we figure out that 20 $5.00 = $100.00 then promptly forgets my 50 $1.00. Ugh Other than that it went really well.

Calling multiple times Friday afternoon and Saturday AM (published hours) and no one will answer the phone. I need to verify a Cashiers Check and the only way to do that if check is less than 48 hours old it to speak to the issuing branch.

I wanted to this branch earlier The lady approached me, Miss Jennifer soon as I got in there, but they were crowded and I think theyre short staffed Because she was trying to help everybody at the same time So I didnt go into the office and was able to explain my situation completely, and ask the questions I was trying to ask because everything was going so fast But Jennifer was helpful and doing her best to keep everybody satisfied, but I do think this branch is short of staff

The best service I have received from a professional was at Well Fargo, they made me feel good and they resolved my problem very quickly.
