I do not need to be tortured by your stupid automated never works right waste my time nonsense, answer your fing phone my time is more important than yours !there are hundreds of questions that a bot can not answer! And you know that! Your service sucks! speak to a person/rep means just that not let's try this a different way

It is only due to the fact that zero stars is not an option that this bank is receiving one star. The staff is extremely rude and condescending.

For starters so glad they set a racist tone before I even opened an account!!! Walked into this branch in Lehigh acres to open a traditional savings account, The teller took my id and phone number which was really weird since she wasnt the one opening the account. After about ten minutes I was seated and was advised a financial advisor would be with me shortly. Now keep in mind there is no one in the bank definitely fully staffed lol. Please tell me why it finally slapped me in the face after about waiting an hour that no one was coming. No one wanted to open my account or do business because I was black!!! I felt like I was in a Jim Crow Time Capsule. The door should definitely have a sign that says Whites Only!!! Im disgusted with this bank . Stay away they not good for anybody. I have escalated my complaint to BBB and FTC for a full investigation .( I only gave a one star review because it wouldnt let me write a review without giving a star first!!! )

If only I could give them no stars but I guess one for the banker that helped me . But the manager was very rude and has 0 customer service I would NEVER recommend this bank to anyone they couldnt help me at all just beat around the bush .
