Employees have no manners and don't care about the client. No one greets you. No sign in sheet. No one said thank you not even a nod or smile. Taking myy money to another bank.

BankUnited is not unlike most of the other major banks they just dont have enough people to give any kind of good level of service. In addition they have probably the worst online banking system that Ive ever worked with

Everytime I try to do anything involving this bank, they make it a point to be the most unhelpful. I want to cash my paycheck that's drawn from this bank, they can't do it unless I make an account. I want to cash my buisness check drawn from this bank, they can't unless I make an account. And don't get me started on this hat policy they more worried about then helping my banking needs. With the covid thing on the media, I felt discriminated against and not treated like I'm a American citizen by the tellers. Keep your hate in your personal life, not in your work place
