Awesome hotel with a great location! Clean and comfortable. Tash was amazing and always willing to help, cordial and friendly. The only downside was the breakfast. The lady was super nice but the options were not good on the hot breakfast area. Maybe the management want to rethink about having more fresh hot options .

Bummer, the pool wasn't open! Not even allowed to sit by it. And there were no other areas to sit outside and enjoy the warm Florida sunshine!

On February 13, 2024, on the way from Key West to Orlando, we booked a stopover at the Fairfield Inn & Suites, Florida, for 1 night. Upon arrival we were informed that our room had been canceled or was not available to us, we assume that it was over booked. There was no potential contact and no alternative for us. So we had to drive 5 hours to Orlando in rush hour traffic. Not professional and not recommended. Actually 0 out of 5 stars.

Very clean, nice breakfast. Great service!!! Taj Z. was great at the front desk. He was very helpful, answered all of our questions and was so pleasant and kind! He made the stay even better, Thank you!
