        I regret to say that my experience with this establishment was extremely disappointing. Despite attempting to contact them two days prior to my scheduled stay to request a change due to unforeseen circumstances (hospitalization), I was unable to reach anyone. When communication was finally established, I was informed that my reservation was marked as a no-show and therefore ineligible for a refund. This lack of flexibility and understanding in such circumstances is disheartening and leaves me feeling as though my money has been unjustly taken. Rest assured, I intend to escalate this matter further. They are theft

        Walls where like paper and the bath tub was taped like really just taped up and the tried to charge us for the wall that has a hole in it

        Quite disappointed! No hot water for the shower! The faucet fell into our hands! The bath is flaking! We should have looked at the reviews on google! It's definitely worth 2 stars!

        It was terrible. Safety: It didn't feel safe at all, besides the pictures I posted I forgot one. The door was not very secure.
