Belmont Inn & Suites Florida City

Desk attendants were never there. They sat at the pool the whole time. When checking out people said they couldn't come check us out because they were tired. They didn't have enough towels when we checked in. We had dinner and needed to eat outside but desk attendants sat at all the tables and we had to sit on the ground to eat.

We stayed at the Belmont for four nights this week. This hotel is really subpar and overpriced. The rooms are extremely outdated. The ac unit wouldnt stay on and was making a sound like its slowly dying. The pillows are extremely small and uncomfortable. The shower had hardly any pressure and would change temperature constantly. The tv at night was cutting in and out. The parking lot is pretty shady. Id sit outside at night to enjoy the weather and saw random people and cars come in and out that werent staying. One night a car was parked there for a while smoking the herb. Its a pain getting out of the hotel. You have to do a U turn at the light to go towards the Keys which is nearly impossible during the day. The staff was okay. Most didnt speak English. They do not serve breakfast here which is extremely strange. Overall its a 2/5 hotel at best. I would definitely avoid it.

My family had a good stay at the Hotel, good service, very attentive, pool always clean, lots of places around, very convenient location with restaurants in the area and stores. We recommend it. Thank you for the services.
