Clean room, modern look, but definitely limited on storage and space. It was easily doable for a night, but if you were going to be there longer than a night or two, I could see how such a limited layout would make unpacking and organizing your stuff challenging. They provide a good breakfast for free. My only complaint was it didnt seem to be in the best area, but it was very close to Everglades and Biscayne. AC worked great, and they didnt limit your control of the temperature setting, which some hotels are starting to do. Only reason I dont like booking Tru hotels is because Hilton only gives you half the points for your stay compared to some of their other chains.

I stayed at the location on Monday, March 25,2024... on the 29th going over my statement to see if my deposit returned and it had not, I'm a gold member it usually takes a day or so .... I called to see if, in fact, it was sent back,An employee by the name of EBONY decided to answer the phone with the worst customer service ever ..... she immediately responded with, "we always send deposits back. I told her the reason for me calling is because it was not sent back, but settled into my account and is no longer pending I asked to speak to a manager and informed her that I work for hilton and she didn't even pull up my account to verify that it was sent , who i was , what day i stay or to see if a mistake was made .....then she decided to pull up my information asked the manager name and only received first she needs to be taken off the phones with that attitude I will not be returning to this location and will be making a complaint thur Hilton ... you had one JOB .... to reassure me everything was handled correctly and you failed
