Do not stay at this hotel. They have horrible customer service and will not communicate with you regarding exceptions to policy. They would prefer you bring people with illness to the hotel or forfeit $ for the room. Extremely disappointed. I may not have gotten this hot under the collar and just accepted the policy if they had just contacted me directly instead of choosing not to communicate after my appeal. They will not communicate with the customer as they should after cases are opened at the corporate level. I had to call the corporate twice the hotel again since nobody would deign to send an email with an update to my request for review. Even then the general manager, threw it back at corporate indicating they should have emailed me. All the GM would do is share that the company took her money as well when she could not make a connecting flight.

Love staying at this hotel. The only 2 issues were the website doesn't show that if you pay with cash you'll be hit with a $250 deposit and coming during spring break was a huge mistake on my end. Way too many kids horse playing in the pool/spa area. Rooms are great, staff is friendly (marc especially).
