Room was clean when we got it, but it is only cleaned once every 4 days. The cleaning that occasionally happens is also not good. The breakfast they offer is typically very bland, consisting of only waffles, cereal, oatmeal, and 2 variety options that seems to frozen food.

I had gone into this hotel to talk about rates and possibly get a room. The lady had asked me to swipe my card without even thinking I did because I hadnt bought anything yet so I didnt think Id be charged but I was charge $170 for a room I didnt even purchase. I went back to ask about it and I was told it was out of their hands I tried explaining that I need the money to find a new place to stay and they just shrugged me off. Ive had pleasant experience with Marriott before but I will NEVER be returning after this theft.

Front desk lady was pretty rude in my opinion. My husband made the reservation for the room but he wasnt there since hes working, she kept telling us there was a problem but wouldnt tell us how to solve it. When I called my husband to figure it out he got upset because he suspected her of being racist. After that she became more friendly and apologized but it was still a frustrating experience. Rooms: Room was nice and clean.

In the last month, my family and I have stayed twice, due to a passing relative and subsequent memorial service. Tia and Stacy were professional at check-in and my family found that the rooms were exceptionally clean on both occasions. The grounds were kept, parking was safe and well-lit. The amenities such as the pool and fitness center were clean; You can tell that the staff cares about their guests. Breakfast was complimentary and the service was well-attended to. The coffee was great. Kudos to the team here!
