Worst experience ever Those people working there are scammers

Stayed for about an hour and left due to the state of the room/hotel. Roaches, dirty bathroom, and dirty floors

Front desk lady refused to check me in and demanded I pay for the room twice. I booked & paid through Chase (vendor was Expedia). Booking was confirmed by both Expedia and the hotel. However, when I went to check in, she said that she wasnt directly paid so I would need to pay for the room in person and ask Expedia for a refund never heard of such a thing. I spend 1.5 hrs in the phone with chase & Expedia in the middle of the night trying to figure out what the issue was. Turns out, there was no issue and she was just trying to scam me and charge me twice. Absolutely unacceptable. I dont want to be rude but she should not be working there.
