Hilton Orlando/Altamonte Springs

I was here for a business trip, although they don't offer free breakfast and they didn't always put new sheets on everyday, it was a nice stay and the staff was great

Location was great. Bacon, egg and cheese croissant was great, except for costing 12 dollars. I was there for work and stayed 12 nights. I switched rooms after night 1 because of the noisey fan and A/C system. It was so loud I slept with ear buds in my ear 2 out of the 12 nights I was there. I switched rooms again after the first week. It was quiet until day 3 in the room. The vent was rattling so loud and I was told there is nothing that can be done and all the rooms were like this. I complained on my last night via texts attached the videos of the noise, asked for points for my inconvenience and heard nothing back from upper management. In my opinion, most of the comments were too nice and not so honest. I asked another person on my floor as I stayed on 2 different floors if he had a noisey room he said his room was just as noisey. They changed me floors, just not sides of the hotel. When I asked to move rooms the first time, I was moved 2 doors down. There was also 1 microwave for the whole bldg, 8 floors of ppl. That's absurd. I won't be coming back here ever again. I do thank Ashley and Shakoi for being kind enough to attempt helping me out with the noise of the rooms. Rick Hilton should stay in the 3 rooms I was in and decide if he likes the noise in his own hotels. Hilton used to be luxury and this wasn't it. The gym and sauna was nice, doesn't make up for a noisy room. Hilton, don't be cheap and put a microwave in each room. To top it all off, in the third room I was in, the toilet ran nonstop. This hotel has ventilation and plumbing issues. Pls bulldoze this bldg and rebuild or shut down and renovate this place for like a month, because it needs a much needed makeover.

Very clean! Staff are exceptionally friendly. The restaurant served flavorful food and the coffee from Cool Beans was perfect! We enjoyed the outdoor pool. The hotel has an excellent location! This is a superb property to stay at! Rooms: The rooms are well appointed with good mattresses and pillows. They were very clean! Nearby activities: It's very close shopping and great restaurants. It's an easy drive to the parks due to its close proximity to the freeway! Food & drinks: The food and coffee we had here was always served up with a smile. Its all was perfectly prepaid to our orders!

The first room we checked into had so many small roaches, but even worse was the second room they provided where we found a bed bug. This was a late check in and they offered no help in finding other accommodations. As a Hilton Diamond member, Im extremely disappointed. Stay at your own risk!
