Gave good marks, as we really enjoyed it...but its different to the UK ones.regarding room setvice.... 1..returned from a full day out after breakfast..no room made up ?..and a couple of our towels still in shower from the morning?..coffee and snacks used up..boohoo. Apparently you need to ask for room service...works when you do though and we could have extra coffee and tea from reception...and snack boxes with bottled water free too..nice 2..Nice room overlooking lake and free drinks in the evening with popcorn..fruit etc nice. 3..parking free and loads of it. 4.loads of eating.places nearby..one being a super walk along the lake. 5.brilliant breakfast where they cook anything for you and there's a buffet too..and the omaha restaurant in the evening..yummy. 5..25 mins by car from universal studios.. bril.

If you are looking for a place full of screaming children, this is definitely the hotel for it. With the newly renovated rooms, they should have better sound proof windows and doors but you will hear the screaming children or the loud noises coming from the hotel lobby gathering area. Housekeeping is not a daily practice and needed to be requested. Covid is over, there is no excuse for this. It should be back to normal. There were several guests at the counter saying there were no sheets or pillows for their sofa beds. Also requested late checkout for 3 days in a row, kept being asked to check back daily but only was given 1 additional hour. If you want a better location, there is another Hilton property or many option located on the south side of the main road. Only plus side about this hotel is walkable to many restaurant options.
