Lea Boulevard Apartments

When I moved in yeeears ago this please was heaven. Since, it’s steadily declined while rent continues to increase. Mice have taken over very building. You can sit outside and see them running all around the buildings and into the utility closets. They come into the units through the stove, and the many holes around the water and gas lines coming into the units. Everyone is complaining and the rental office the exterminator keeps assuring us about, has 1 star with many reviews. The units are outdated and moldy. The cleaning crew doesn’t clean weekly since the pandemic so hallways and entryways stink and are littered. Trash services seemed to be cut during the pandemic so trash overflows for days before it’s collected. Maintenance is short staffed and bothered every time they have to fix something. The main maintenance guy is creepy and inappropriate. The owner is extremely kind, but kindness means nothing when your building are infested and falling apart. Save yourself the time and headache and STAY AWAY FROM THESE APTS!

I've been here a little under a year and all I can say it's been a very positive experience.I love the lady in the office she is so sweet, and the maintenance guys are on fire you call about anything and poof he shows up by your door to correct it. The kitchens could be updated a little bit, but the apartment is very big and neat.I really enjoy it here.
