        Cons: Noisy neighbors.You will be hearing footsteps all throughout the night , management refusing to do anything about it , Neighbors listening to your private conversations while youre inside your own apartment/bedroom ,Very run down laundry rooms, tenants leave their laundry in the washer/dryers for 24hrs and you have to wait until they feel like removing their clothes for you to do your own. Pro: Great neighborhood

        Love the noise the water makes when neighbors take a shower its such a high pitch squeal !!! U got to love it

        I have a friend that lives here that I visit. His apartment is nice but I don't know much about the complex or any other apartment. He is on the third floor and elevator would be nice since I am handicapped but I don't live there. So it's really up to the tenants of they need one.
