The Colony Apartments

Good afternoon!! I have lived in Colony North for 19 years and I would like it if this new Administration changed my Carpet and painted the Apartment that I have been occupying for 19 years. I am Asthmatic and the carpet is already worn out and only Dust comes out. The previous owners were not able to do it because they sold It would also be good if they replaced the old refrigerator and stove. My husband went to the office and commented on the problem. They sent Mr. to take photos but they never said anything. Months have passed and they haven't resolved anything... Hoping that the Administration will help me since in two months I have to renew my contract Thank you very much for your attention

It is a nice place to live, convenient, spacious, pretty quiet. Biggest issue is leasing office never answers the phone, barely responds back to leaving voicemail and slow about getting things fixed. I have been calling these last few days still no answer.

I have been trying to get in touch with the leasing office and the corporate office to follow up on an incomplete maintenance request that was supposed to be done on 1/31st, in my elderly mother's apartment. I have called several times, left voice messages at both offices and sent an email with documentation and pictures. As of today, CRICKETS! Extremely unprofessional!

Woke up to two men (maintenance ) in my apartment and I was undressed. I ask them to wait outside until I get dressed and they left with my door open and unlocked and without fixing the window due to a stray bullet hitting the window over a month ago.Then I call the office to complain and no response's. The management team is rude and unprofessional. Maintenance enter your apartment without permission , no privacy smh. Im looking to move I had enough of this place its unsafe. You can never get a hold of the manager. I need the corporate number.
