I love my apartment so far. My move-in was smooth, thanks to Tracy and Omni. They were caring and efficient and always carried a smile on their face.

We received a letter today while they were conveniently at lunch, after being on vacation for almost a week during Easter, about an issue that was included on our move-in checklist. As of April 02, 2024 (which was the date they put on it, not the date in which it was sent nor received) and they wrote, it has been determined the damage to both is willful if not negligent. Im confused as to how damaged incurred to my unit before move-in can be considered willful or negligent? This is not even including the money they are now charging for the shower on top of the rent for a 2 bathroom apartment as advertised; the unit as having working bathroom(s), yet they neglected to cite the part of our lease agreement that says they must maintain the unit as advertised, how convenient for them!

Worked here for three months and my last two checks have been short, I was fired once I brought up that my check was short. This was the worst job of my life. Spoke to the accountant, she promised to reimburse me for the 4 hours that was purposely left off of my check on my next check and did not do so. This apartment is filthy, do not live or work here. LISTEN to the previous reviews !!!!!

These people are UNPROFESSIONAL!! They discriminated against me because I was a young woman with complaints and concerns about this place and terminated my lease. Im in process of having a discrimination lawyer working against them now. They didnt care about me or my 2 year old son.
Anyway, spend your money somewhere else. Now that I have a man and if my man was living with me at the time, they wouldnt have even ATTEMPT to out of no where terminate my least.
I wish I would have never chose this place as my first place to have on my own. Here is a list of complaints that I have came up with while I was living there:
1. Late Move in Date/Had to wait 2 extra months later and still paid regular move in price.
2. Empty promises about fixing the pool.
3. Poor communication that almost created discrepancy with contractual paperwork.
4. Empty promises about updating the gym.
5. Put tenant (Myself) in a uncomfortable situation with an unprofessional maintenance man that refuse to follow tenants house rule and refuse to adhere to accommodations.
6. Had to constantly contact apartment professionals about a leaking refrigerator for a month and a half (45 days+).
7. Empty promises about painting underneath the kitchen sink.
8. Heat STILL TURNED OFF starting April 28th to the middle of OCTOBER!!
9. Experiencing bugs in my closet which is disgusting.
