When the Building was first open I lived on the 15th floor and loved every minute of it. My daughters were growing fast and 5 years after moving here I bought a house. Now that they are grown and gone I sold my home and moved back to Christina Landing and its like a warm home coming. The staff is impeccable and the views are amazing. The lobby is being renovated and looks amazing. Its nice to come home from work and mingle with awesome residence and just be thankful that I live here again. When you see the sunrise in the mornings while having coffee on the balcony and watching the city wake up is amazing.

I must say the location of Christina Landing is stellar! You're about 5 min away from Amtrak train station as well as all the fun events, restaurants, and night life in Wilmington. The leasing staff and concierge have provided excellent customer service and answered any and all questions I had before and after moving in. Maintenance is also quick to address any requests you may have, which is a MAJOR PLUS! I haven't encountered any difficulties with any of the staff/vendors here. The layout/floor plan of the apartment itself provides an abundance of space with a nice sized balcony! I only wish that I had chosen a unit with more sunlight, as my balcony faces the parking garage. I get about 2 hours (3 hours max) of natural light., but I can always go outside. If you're the type that prefers a dimly lit apartment, then this view may be for you. Aside from that, Christina Landing is a pet friendly place. If you are a dog lover like myself, you will meet lot of lovely dogs! The neighbors also appear pretty cordial, which is fine for me. Noise Level: You may hear highway noise, which is very soothing in my opinion, but I must say the walls inside the unit are VERRRRY THIN! If you live next to a tenant where your living room and kitchen wall are against each other, you can hear your neighbor and the thunderous sound of the kitchen cabinet doors slamming and living room noise. At least that's been my experience thus far. That's really the only downfall for me :-( I wish there was a much thicker sound proof wall between each unit. The good thing is that you cannot hear your neighbor above or below you. Perhaps, in the near future, they can upgrade the cabinetry to the "soft-closing" type. A thicker wall would be even better, but....anyway... Parking: There is currently free parking in a parking lot across the street. I cannot complain because, hey, it's free parking! Unfortunately, the parking lot is being sold very soon so it'll be either street parking, which is very limited, or in a garage---for a fee, of course.

10/23/23 Edit: No attention has been brought to anyone as for 3+ months I still have no working HVAC system and a small, partial percentage of 2 electric bills have been compensated. Absolutely 0 effort has been given so far. A year ago my rating would have been different but over the past 2+ months my experience here has been terrible. For nearly all of Summer my air conditioning unit has been out of service. Miscommunication within management has delayed this process and I still do not have any insight on when this situation will be resolved. I've attempted to reach out continuously just for an update (from both the apartment complex and higher up at BPG) and I am left with no response. The temperature inside my apartment has been easily 80+ degrees throughout this time - again I've relayed this information to management and received no response. A year ago my apartment had flooded due to a backup in the pipes. Management, at the time, took their time to reach out, apologize, and made sure things were cleaned up and even offered compensation for the things that were ruined - I declined as I appreciated their effort enough. Currently, that is not the case. Do not live here as nothing will be done.
