        Just stopped in the PNC at 17725 COASTAL HWY LEWES, DE 19958 Tried to get an issue resolved and the women in the office was rude and not willing to help. She shouldn't be in customer service.

        Every time I have to call or visit this branch everyone is so lovely. Ive called the regular line and spoken with the branch manager who was helping out answering phones. Unfortunately, like a lot of people, I fell victim to a scam. I went in practically in tears and within 5 minutes was in the office of Lindsay Whaley. She has been an absolute god send through this whole process. I could feel how much she and the branch manager truly cared and they worked tirelessly to get the best result possible for me. I cannot thank them enough. PNC truest has some amazing people working in the Lewes Branch who deserve A LOT of recognition.
