        The personal touch by Marilyn Torres has been second to none. Today I spent 40 minutes 1 on 1 with her to solve a technical issue. She was tenacious in her desire to get it right; a trait that could be emulated by all. With ANY other bank in America, I wouldve been on the phone, paging through menu options and never speaking to a person. Community is indeed fortunate to have such a positive brand ambassador and customer service champion in Marylyn.

        It is a REAL local bank with people who get to know you and your business. You are never a number or buried in red tape as someone just does it for you in your presence. It is a person-to-person relationship. I have never been in this bank. Someone is not telling the truth or this bank has been deceived!
